- No hay datos que muestren si es posible determinar si una curva es estructural o no estructural o evaluar la flexibilidad de una escoliosis idiopática adolescente (AIS) mediante imágenes en decúbito como una tomografía computarizada (CTS) en lugar de radiografías de flexión (BR) . Investigamos si los resultados de BR pueden compararse con los de CTS.
- Las curvas espinales mostraron una correlación significativa entre las radiografías de flexión y las imágenes en decúbito (CTS). En nuestro grupo de pacientes, un ángulo de Cobb de la curva menor de menos de 35 grados en el CTS indicó que esta curva menor no era estructural.
